George Snead, president and owner of Snead
Custom Homes, Inc., has been building quality custom
homes in Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties
since 1990. Since that time, the Snead Custom Homes
name has been synonymous with quality custom homes.

Snead Custom Homes is a current member in good

Builders. Snead Custom Homes has been a consecutive
winner in the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association
Parade of Homes since joining
the association in 1999.
Snead Custom Homes is currently building in Stafford,
Spotsylvania and Caroline Counties, close to the
1-95 corridor between Washington, DC and Richmond,
